We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you register for an account, including:

  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company/organization name
  • Billing information (processed through Stripe, we do not store card details)
  • Password (stored in hashed form)

2.2 Third-Party Platform Data

When you connect your advertising accounts through our integrations, we access:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads: Campaign performance data, ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and audience metrics (read-only access via ads_read permission)
  • Google Ads: Campaign data, keywords, ad groups, spend, and performance metrics (read-only access)
  • Shopify: Order data, revenue metrics, and product information (read-only access)
  • Pinterest: Pin performance, campaign metrics, and audience insights (read-only access)

Important: We only request read-only access to your advertising data. We never create, modify, or delete any campaigns, ads, or settings in your connected accounts.

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

  • Browser type, IP address, device information
  • Usage patterns within the C&C platform
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.4 PowerPixel™ Tracking Data

If you install our PowerPixel™ tracking code on your website, we collect:

  • Page views, time on page, and navigation events from your visitors
  • Custom events you configure (e.g., purchases, add-to-cart)
  • Referrer URLs, browser type, and approximate location

This data is associated with your workspace and used solely to provide analytics within your C&C dashboard.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our analytics Services
  • To create aggregated dashboards, reports, and attribution models
  • To process your subscription and billing
  • To send service-related notifications and updates
  • To respond to customer support inquiries
  • To improve our platform and develop new features
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or advertising data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • OAuth tokens for connected platforms are stored encrypted
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt rounds
  • We implement role-based access controls within workspaces
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted

5. Data Retention

We retain your data based on your subscription plan:

  • Free/Starter: 7 days of analytics data
  • Scale: 30 days of analytics data
  • Pro: 90 days of analytics data
  • Enterprise: Custom retention period

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is deleted within 30 days, and analytics data is anonymized or deleted within 90 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe's privacy policy)
  • Meta Business API: For Facebook/Instagram Ads data access
  • Google Ads API: For Google Ads data access
  • Vercel: Hosting infrastructure

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Disconnect any integrated platform at any time
  • Export your data in CSV format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT tokens) and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on our platform.
