Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using C&C Marketing Analytics Platform ("C&C," "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

C&C provides a marketing analytics platform that:

  • Connects to your advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Pinterest) to aggregate campaign performance data
  • Provides dashboards, reports, and multi-touch attribution analysis
  • Offers creative performance analytics and customer journey mapping
  • Includes budget planning and optimization tools
  • Provides website tracking via our PowerPixel™ technology
  • Enables team collaboration with role-based access

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

  • Free trial period: 14 days with full access to all features
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time
  • Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform beyond intended API usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Platform without written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit security vulnerabilities

6. Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to data you provide and data collected from your connected platforms. We do not claim ownership of your advertising data.
  • Platform Data: We own all rights to the Platform, including its design, code, features, and aggregated/anonymized analytics.
  • Derived Insights: Attribution models, reports, and analytics generated by our Platform from your data are provided as part of the Service and are available to you during your subscription.

7. Third-Party Integrations

  • Connecting third-party platforms is optional and requires your explicit authorization via OAuth
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings
  • We access your third-party data under read-only permissions only
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or data availability
  • Your use of connected platforms remains subject to their respective terms of service

8. Team & Workspace Management

  • Workspace owners control team membership and role assignments
  • Available roles: Owner, Admin, Editor, Viewer (each with different permission levels)
  • Workspace owners are responsible for managing access rights of team members
  • Removing a team member immediately revokes their access to the workspace

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party APIs, internet outages, or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C&C shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time from Settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately
  • We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow for data export

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
